SHIRT COLOR — REQUIRED: You must include the color sweatshirt you would like in the description box. Orders cannot be completed without a shirt color.
Design Details: Describe what you would like on your sweatshirt. Include wording, names, dates, colors, jersey numbers, themes, or any other important details.
Photos/Logos: Upload all photos, logos, or images you would like incorporated into your design. For the best results, please provide clear, high-quality images.
Front & Back Orders: Please clearly explain what you would like printed on the front and what you would like printed on the back.

✨ The more details you provide, the better I can bring your vision to life!

📧 MOCKUP APPROVAL REQUIRED

A digital mockup will be emailed to you for approval before production begins.

Please be on the lookout for an email from Treasured Designs by Tonya. Your sweatshirt will not go into production until you approve your mockup.

Please carefully review your mockup for spelling, names, dates, photos, colors, design placement, and all other personalization. Delayed approval may result in a delay in completing your order.

Once the mockup has been approved and production begins, additional changes may not be possible.

💕 PLEASE NOTE

Please double-check all information before submitting your order. Because each sweatshirt is custom-made, personalized items may not be eligible for returns or exchanges except in cases of an error by Treasured Designs by Tonya.

Shirt and design colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen or digital mockup.
