At Treasured Designs by Tonya, each item is made to order and personalized specifically for you. Because of the custom nature of our products, all customized and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Personalized or customized products
• Items with names, photos, dates, logos, or custom text
• Custom apparel, drinkware, décor, and specialty items
✔️ Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Your satisfaction is important to us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item and packaging
Once reviewed, we will gladly offer a replacement or store credit, depending on the situation. Refunds are not issued for customized items.
🚫 Order Changes & Cancellations
• Orders cannot be canceled or modified once production has started
• Please double-check spelling, colors, and customization details before submitting your order
• Treasured Designs by Tonya is not responsible for errors approved by the customer
📦 Shipping Responsibility
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once the order has been shipped. Incorrect addresses provided at checkout may result in additional fees.
