At Treasured Designs by Tonya, each item is made to order and personalized specifically for you. Because of the custom nature of our products, all customized and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

✔️ Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Your satisfaction is important to us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item and packaging
Once reviewed, we will gladly offer a replacement or store credit, depending on the situation. Refunds are not issued for customized items.

• Orders cannot be canceled or modified once production has started
• Please double-check spelling, colors, and customization details before submitting your order

• Minor adjustments (brightness, contrast, background cleanup) may be made as needed
• Extremely low-resolution or pixelated images may result in a softer or less detailed print
• By submitting photos, you confirm you have the right to use the images provided
